Features & Fixes Details

Improvements for “All Market” Autoresponders

Enhancement for the existing “All Market” Autoresponders so when this setting is turned on, only one autoresponder is created instead of having the same autoresponder duplicated for every single market. Now, one autoresponder is used for all.

Any existing auto responders will remain as is, even if this setting is turned on.

Improvements for Plan Filtering

It is no longer necessary to clear the search when filtering the Plans grid in Plans Manager. It’s also possible to select multiple affiliates at the time of filtering:

Adjustments for Rate and Discount plans in Quick Enrollments

In some markets it is a regulatory requirement that customer service agents quote the "all in" average price paid relative to their usage (usage tranches displayed). In order to prevent agents from quoting the "rate only" rate, the plan level rate was removed from the Quick Enrollments screen. Instead, all the traunch information is displayed on the left grid at the time of doing a Quick Enrollment. This allows the business to decide which rate the agent should lead with (based on usage). Also, if the rate does not include a monthly service fee, the base rate will simply be displayed for each usage tranche:

At the time of making Renewals, the different traunches are included as well:

Please note that a roadmap item is to have configurations that will allow the business to determine which rate (either base rate or one of the usage tranche average price rates) should be predominantly displayed. This will be included in a future iteration.

Pricing Matrix: Added Tenor and Term configuration by Customer Type

It is now possible to customize tenor and term configuration for Residential and Commercial customers separately. This customization can be found under system setup. This change impacts the way that the pricing emails are generated so the attachments only include the required term and prices for each customer type. When accessing the Pricing Matrix portal, the information displayed also depends on the designated terms and prices for each customer type.

The API endpoints related to Prospects are also adapted to return values based on these settings, such as the Create Prospect or Get Pricing Matrix Rules endpoints.

Pricing Matrix: It is now possible to tie more than one account number to a prospect

Multiple addresses can be added to prospects as long as they belong to the same utility from the selected price. The user can decide if any of the added service addresses can be used as the billing address as well.

The addresses/account numbers can be edited by clicking on each row of the grid.

A grid containing the address information can be included in autoresponders with the PROSPECT_SERVICE_ACCOUNTS dynamic field.

Pricing Matrix: Prospects capture customer’s communication preferences

When creating a prospect, it is possible to capture if the customer accepts being contacted by phone call or SMS. The Customer’s title (CEO, CFO, President, etc) has been added as well along the replacement value to use this in autoresponders.

Under Brands (System Setup), the user can set the Authorized Signer TITLE, as well as name and email address. 3 replacement values can be used in autoresponders to display this information in communications.
